Question for you smart people.  What happens if Trump is in a coma at election time.

What happens if god forbid he should die a few days before the election,?

Lots of legalese that involves succession and the election... for succession, Pence as Prez, and with the House, who knows what happens of any VP nomination (this is where the real big mess would be). For the election, that'll basically come down to the courts and RNC, and that's because it's too late to change ballots. I don't think this part would be as contentious as people think.

Punished?

You mentioned Taiwan having punishments for not complying, thought you would expect Joe to implement a similar program.

Oh fines?  Yep.  I really do.  Fining businesses here worked well, fining trumpers would work better.  Fine the business, they just wouldnt let you come in.  But that’s not really penalizing the irresponsible.

Public health measures and quarantines are, in fact, constitutional.

That would be something wouldn't it!!! It's just that every time DT opens his mouth he is lying or stretching details about this or that.

Why is it that only DT is the liar in DC?  My experience is all the politicians do every time any of them open their mouths.

It happens. I never used to get the flu shot. IIRC, I was 29 the first time I got the flu. Felt like I was in perfect health that year and living in Hawaii not even thinking about the flu. It can take anyone down hard if the timing is right. Since then, I have not missed a year. The flu shot is infinitely easier to deal with than actually getting sick with a bad strain of flu.

My point though, was if many people are getting a vaccine, it does decrease the risk of exposure for those who don't get it. There certainly are genetic components to how ill someone might get from the flu, but I wouldn't just chalk it all up to genetics. It is not spread around as much thanks to those who do get vaccinated.

Serious question, if you get a flu shot and are actually exposed to the virus, can you be a carrier without symptoms?

As we're seeing more of these authoritarian measures overturned (see:Michigan thread just posted), they had better be fairly/equally applied, not bypass other branches, and have a (measurable) scope tied to it.

Flu shot’s just a jab this year.  Last year must have been a different kind.  It hurt lol.

I report inoculation success

Cover your mouth and nose in public places seems fair

So those wearing neck gators or less effective masks should be fined?  I believe the states would have to implement that.

To be honest I dont know what a “neck gator” is dude.  You keep bringing it up?

I’ll take it.  Study said it wont protect you, no study ever said that anything covering your nose and mouth makes it worse for others.
