I wear them because they are required to enter stores, not because I am scared.  If I get sick, I get sick.  That's just life.  Hasn't changed for the past 3500 years, won't change in my lifetime.  Virus lives matter.

Yeah, I used to get vaccinated too.  And then I quit, and stopped getting sick as often.

Who’s scared?  We were in the mideast during MERS.  We’ll beat it, probably and statistically.  Masks aren’t to protect us, they are to protect others.

+1, wife got accustomed to masks when she did nursing.

 

I wore my first mask at the end of July when wife's water broke (had to wear their special little masks at the hospital). Despite several Covid tests and a litany of shopping trips (sometimes 2-3+ hours with these ridiculous Costco lines until they required masks), with no one else but the elderly wearing masks, it's amazing how I didn't get the virus..

 

Was never tough making smart choices. This "mask up" and other mask compliance idiocy (especially these designer masks you see everywhere) isn't about health, it's about how much Person A can control person B-Z.
