For AOS interview, do we need i944?

Hello good people, we filed for aos before i944 was a requirement, we filed on or before oct 14th 2019.  So we didnt need it then. 

However for the interview, we  are updating our forms and are completing the newer edition of the i864,  and i wasnt sure if we should therefore include the i944 for my wife the usc and my co sponsor (sister in law).
