(day 5) Text update that NOA was mailed 10/28/2020

(day 113) Biometric reuse letter mailed 2/12/2021

(day 279) Text saying there is an update to our cases, interview scheduled for August 26, 2021 7/29/2021

(day 322) Oath ceremony will be scheduled 9/10/2021

(day 327) Oath ceremony scheduled for Oct 1st 9/14/2021

(day 343) Oath ceremony complete & certificate received! Applied for US passport same day. 10/1/2021

Yes, yesterday I received my notification stating that they will be reusing them.  I just checked my account and they have scheduled my interview!

If you file online, the application will actually tell you - and stop you - if you are not eligible to file. If you dont see that error message, you are good to go.

Late coming to this thread, but here we go again on another journey.

 

Mailed a paper application on 10/2 after several failed attempts of filing online. On 10/19 I finally got a text saying they have my case. At first the estimate completion date online was July 2021, but now it says September 2021 😒

 

I mailed it to the Chicago military specific lockbox and paid nothing since I'm applying on the basis of military service.

 

And now we wait...  :clock:

Naturalization (on basis of military service)

 

10/2/2020 - Mailed paper application to military specific Chicago Lockbox.

10/19/2020 - Case "received and accepted" according to the online tracker.

10/21/2020 - Text/letter receipt received.

08/11/2021 - Interview scheduled: Sept 14th.

09/14/2021 - Interview + Oath at the Montgomery Office.

 

I-130 (for my spouse)

 

09/23/2021 - Filed online.

09/29/2021 - Received receipt letter for I-130.

09/30/2021 - Filed I-129F through the mail.

10/12/2021 - Received receipt letter for I-129F.

12/17/2021 - AR Status change.

01/12/2022 - I-130 Approved.

01/13/2022 - I-129F Denied.

My green card 3 year anniversary is January 10, 2021 and I filed my N-400 a few days ago without any issue.

Same here on the Bio being Reused  :)

And yesterday being notified of Interview being scheduled

 

Filed 9/30, recorded date is 10/1 at NBC Orchard Park, KS

10/22 received Bio Reuse notice.

11/5 received notice that interview is being scheduled in Raleigh
