Hello again!

I did it! I was charged $725 immediately too.

I could see all my files at the end of the revision part, but I forgot to print my snapshot to verify (again) that all my files were there and to have a copy of my application 😢

I guess I was just happy they were not disappearing...

Im filing towards the end of the month but was wondering if anyone here has filed and got an estimated completion date.

 

For evidence do we have to upload relationship evidence again?! I thought its just tax returns , my ROC was complete in January and filing with 3 year rule .

For the documents, I focused on whatever proves that we have been living together for the last 3 years as a married couple: tax returns, utility bills, joint plans like healthcare...

Make sense. Historically Denver office was always much slower than other big cities. Not sure why.

Hi folks,

I filed online Sept 30 at 11:38pm EST and the fee was charged to my cc on 30th.

When I logged online, i see "Submitted on Oct 1, 2020"

I received my hardcopy NOA in the mail Monday Oct 5th, showed location as Overland Park, Kansas

Estimated case completion time "March 2021 (5 months)" 

 

Is there not a table used for each of us?
