Next week i have my H2B visa interview at the consulate in Berlin. Its still a big surprise because i was expecting to stay in Germany at least till the end of the year because of the suspension. Further im not really confident that they will issue it because i had a little overstay from 16 days on my last viisa because of covid 19 and canceled flights. I wrote that in the ds 160 and of course im honest i have nothing to hide. Its still worth a try and maybe they issue it the bigger would be the joy.

They interview you but will not issue the visa until next year due to the presidential proclamation. Your 16 days overstay is understandable. Good luck.

H2b is not dual intent.

H2b I think requires labor certification
