Hi :)

I know I may be getting REALLY ahead of myself here as we have only just received our NOA1 on the K1 Visa... But, we have to start preparing for future costs now... Especially after I saw what I thought I saw

When you send in the AOS forms... You have to send in the biometrics form too? I have read somewhere that the fees for both of these forms total $1,375 :o Is this correct?

And these are the forms that you have to send in once you are married?

Any advice will be much appreciated, I am starting to panic!

:crying:

It's nice of them to give you some time to enjoy being married before making you poor. I seriously had no idea it was going to be that much.

Thanks for clearing that up :)

When you file AOS, which for you will be well after the July 30 date for the new fee increase, you will pay one fee ($1,010) for AOS, EAD, and AP all at one time. If I'm reading things correctly, the biometrics is included as well as renewals for EAD and AP if for some reason your AOS isn't approved within one year.
