So we’ve got our interview date for next Monday. We were only notified on Tuesday. And I’m trying to pay the 265 fiancé visa fee via ustraveldocs account. Now it kept popping up saying that I have to double check whether my ds160 barcode matches the information and numbers on this ustraveldoc account, the problem is there’s no page where I can double check that on my account?! I tried clicking update profile but it doesn’t show anything related to confirmation number or ds160 barcode. It also said if I paid my fee and they don’t match I may be denied and will not be able to attend the interview. Now I’m panicking about that because I had a ds160 form for travel b2 visa from way back in 2015 and I’m scared that this account didn’t update the ds160. It’s also been so long since I’ve completed the ds160, I don’t remember if I had created any other ds160 but never completed it.

so my question is, do I create a completely new ustraveldoc account? (Which on the site it says don’t do that)

or pay the fees and hope for the best?

The worst part is it’s a 4 days holiday here this week so I can not contact the us embassy at all until next Monday which is my interview day.

much thanks for anyone that can help or offer any advice!!

Have you tried email them and mark the title as urgent? BTW, is the visa fee HK $ 2120?

I can’t email them as it’s public holiday and they won’t be replying. But I will try that as well.

yes the fee is hkd 2120. Which I went and paid but there’s nowhere on that ustraveldoc account which tells me if the account indeed uses the ds160 barcode. I’m just afraid that the account is attached to an incomplete ds-160 (as it has been quite a while since I filled out my ds160 I’m not sure if I created more than 1 ds160 and created this ustraveldoc account with an incomplete ds160)
