Received our NVC case creation email as well as submitted our payments on 10/5. We finished submitting all our paperwork last night, Friday 10/9. I'll update next time we hear anything.

Quick question for everyone else who recently submitted paperwork, under the photographs section of the civil documents, did you submit a single passport photo or two identical photos?

Hi,

We just got our NVC received notice today. If the petitioner moves or has an address change during the NVC process, will this cause an issue?

Thanks

No you would have new address on DS-260 that's the form that matters cuz that's where the green card will be sent.

DQ'd this morning. Now to just wait for the Ciudad Juarez embassy to open up for interviews. It's been a long journey to get to this spot so we are excited!

Congrats, I'm going to follow you, not far behind.

From my understanding the wait for an interview was 1 year pre-covid.

Were you able to get a police report?
