Isn't the F2A Visa part of the Presidential Proclamation and still suspended through the end of the year? Looking at the Immigration timeline for F2A on here I don't see any evidence that this class of Visa has resumed. I'm not sure why they would honor your request if they aren't processing this type of Visa, but that would explain why they haven't contacted you to schedule an interview. The spreadsheet you're looking at is primarily IR-1/CR-1 visas which aren't affected by the proclamation.

Do you know if I have to repay my CEAC fees again if/when the ban get lifted? Thank you!

Unfortunately I don't know the answer to that. In general you have to pay if it's been longer than a year. Considering these are special circumstances, I would hope that they would extend the fee deadline. On the Dublin Embassy website they mention they are extending the MRV deadline until the end of the year -- I'm not sure if this applies to just this Embassy or all US Embassies. The Hong Kong Embassy doesn't say anything about this. Your best bet would be to get an answer from them directly if you can.

How long does it take to get email from embassy after receiving NVC expedite approval?

I've seen quite a few people waiting about 2 weeks for this. We just submitted an expedite request yesterday ourselves. I hope we both get acceptance emails soon!

I actually got my acceptance email yesterday (expedite request submitted on 24th September) and was informed that the case would be sent to the embassy immediately. Hope you get yours ASAP.

Yeah we submitted approximately 2.5 weeks ago and the only feedback received was that they received it, are reviewing it and a reminder that the Embassy not the NVC approves/denies a request to expedite.  I'm hoping we all get positives responses this week.
