DQ Since April 21...

Still waiting for the U.S Embassy in Bogota, COL. Who is conducting students visas interviews and processing B1/B2 visas without interviews...

Apparently that is more important than IR/CR1 VISAS.. So all that circus about mission-critical was a completely malarkey....

In general,  how long does a request to expedite take to get a response of approval or denial from NVC?

Depends on embassy now and if it's open could take a few weeks.

Hi ! When did he get his DQ ? when does his interview scheduled ?

My mom and brother are waiting for their interview date so I wanted to know about yours . Thank you!

We were DQ'd since April but all got delayed cuz of the pandemic. So we expedited our case in July. His interview was done yesterday October 6. Passed his interview but his visa is on hold until we submit a document that their looking for.

Congratulations on passing the interview!

What sorts of questions did they ask and what document was missing? We have an interview next week at a different embassy, but trying to make sure we are as prepared as possible with things they might ask/require.

I just read the review -- thank you for providing these details, it's very helpful, and I'm glad that your husband's experience was pretty straightforward. :)

Congratulations!! I got approved too and on the same day after my interview my status changed from Ready to Administrative Processing, hopefully it will change to Issued soon. Did yours change to Issued already?

a bit ago my status changed to Issued... so the steps seems to be Ready → Administrative Processing → Issued.
