Any idea which month they are currently working on?

The last non-expedited interviews they did covered June and up to the beginning of July from what I’ve read on the forums here.

We were DQ July 10 and didn’t get into the last batch of interviews.

Hi All,

Hoping someone can help with advice about getting an interview scheduled for expiring medical.

I did expedite back in August and got approved, but when we did medical we needed to complete sputum test and just received results our results this past week. I tried calling Manila embassy and sent emails to get interview scheduled. I got a reply telling me we're queued since spouse visas are being expedited. Medical expires end of January so this gives us less than 3 months for interview to be scheduled and I am worried if any issues arise with documents or travel. I see in other groups that others in the Philippines are being scheduled for end of Dec right now so at this point it looks like next appts will be in January. Any one have any idea who I can contact to try to get an interview date?

It should be this coming week, but of course with imminent lockdown measures nationally, I think all that we’ve been seeing this summer is likely to be anyone’s guess moving forward.

maybe they will start rescheduling for December , if it comes to the worse scenario.

Are you still at the NVC stage?  How were you able to get the medical completed without your interview letter/email?

Month long lockdown happening again in the UK. I was likely to get my interview date this week, given I had mid July DQ date and my expedite failed.

Great.

Maybe they will keep it open? It’s not exactly the same lockdown as last time, some things are still being open, let’s hope this will apply to embassy too.
otherwise, let’s hope they will start sending interview emails for December.

If it's similar to what Ireland just did, the UK Embassy will shut down for interviews again but still continue with administrative processing of things that don't require in-person contact.

I'm not even religious and I'm literally praying that you're right.

Oh man. Is Ireland on a timed lockdown like this one? If so, are things due to resume as soon as its done? I really hope so.

Also if they shut down for interviews, does that mean they're still scheduling them for after or have they just frozen everything interview related?

Yes last week they went into a 6 week lockdown, due to end in the beginning of December. They aren't currently scheduling anything and sent cancellation notices to everyone scheduled after the lockdown started.

The Embassy indicates that they intend to start rescheduling interviews starting in December when the restrictions are lifted. However, for people who had an interview right before lockdown, they are continuing to process the paperwork. We were lucky enough to get an interview the Friday before the lockdown and just received the Visa today.
