Need your advise.

 

I'm still waiting for an update on the petition. NOA 1 - October 28th. I summitted change of address today online and it says ''Expect a reply by: June 23, 2021''. Is there a faster way of updating address, so that we do not miss out on any letters from USCIS?

To be honest, as long as you are checking the WAC status on the USCIS site, you should have an idea of when you will receive something.  Then, if you do not receive it by mail, you can always request it.
But to answer your original question, unfortunately no there is not any faster way.  You have to wait for that person to walk over to the "address update" computer in the basement locked room, power on the computer, watch as windows 95 starts up, dial into the 56K modem connection and slowly update your address.

No top of submitting  the chance of address with USCIS - for your US fiancé don’t forget to to the same with the Post Office - I believe it can be done online - when you do this any letters sent to the US fiancé gets automatically rerouted. For the overseas change of address as long as you notify and keep copies you should be OKAY.

Yeah it was quite the wait and I had no idea how long this would take as a result, but finally! You shouldn't be too far behind I would think.

we were able to fix it! hit another snag though - VJ limits my uploads so i had to delete previous pics to create more size allowance. if anyone needs previous data, just shoot me a message! 

 

this week wasn't great - they only looked at an avg. of 50 cases a day. on the bright side, we've crossed 1/3 approved for the month of October! there's about equal percentages of approved and pending now, and RFE's only make up about 1/4 of the total cases. USCIS has also now looked at/approved a case from every single day of October! hopefully that means they start working through the rest of the pending cases from this month :)

Yes I did :( Maybe it's because I changed jobs since I filed? I have noooo idea.
