Create an online depository where both of you can find all the documents. Google, Microsoft, Drop Box and more. Here is a website that will offer other providers. https://www.lifewire.com/free-cloud-storage-1356638. Throughout our process we used Drop Box and my wife was in the Philippines and she could get any document that she needed at any time. She uploaded as well as I. Never had a problem.

Thanks for your suggestion but that's not what I meant.

We have paid for half of our process at RapidVisa already anyway so we will stick with them.

I just looked up the cost of that service and omg! You should cancel that, that's doubling the price of the petition!

As I said, we already paid off half of it, and so far the service is adequate.

Thanks for your suggestion anyway.

My packet was delivered Oct 24. Looking at PostalDuchess' timeline I shouldn't expect the NOA1 until mid November.

We're planning our second meeting for late November. Going to Serbia this time

The NOA1 letter will have your WAC# (case number basically until NVC assigns the genuine number) receipt date and approval date. That about all.

I forgot to reply to this! We got a receipt number (or we got a number which has allowed me to look it up on the USCIS page) in the text my partner received, is it the same one?

Yes. I can only conclude that it was the WAC# as I believe it appears on both NOA1 fand NOA2.

So stressed about this NOA1 Sent my paperwork off on October 15, they got it October 20 and until today’s date they still have not cashed that check, I included a G-1145 and that form expired November 2020, what’s taking them so long it never use to be like this

It has always been between 2 to 4 weeks to get a NOA1. You are still early. I can't comment on where you are getting your information, but this is six years of history that I have been helping others and you are within the normal processing time for a newly submitted I-129f, Petition for Alien Fiancé(e). More patience.

I help people out with immigration paperwork and they always get the NOA1 within a week or so.

Unfortunately it seems safe to presume that given the current situation in the world, things are out of the norm... Including immigration. Sit tight, it'll come. Ours took more than a week, our letter more like three.

Greenbaum is 100% correct as far as the time frame for the K-1 visas. I sent my express overnight mail and just received my NOA 1 via text on 11-03-20. I sent my paperwork in on 10-12-20. There are many factors including when the paperwork gets sent from the lockbox to the service center the case will be assigned.  Respectful to the other posters "yes" you may have received notification quicker...but that's an individual experience rather than an overall experience.

I fully understand you want the process to go quicker...truth is with COVID-19 situation 2-4 weeks is the new reality for processing! Patience is key!!!
