Ok, so it looks like they're finally starting to process more October cases a day than September, so I figured I'd start updating these twice a week instead. I know it may not feel like it, but progress is being made!

Thank you!! I look forward to the daily statistics. I also see that they are processing November cases at the same time. I saw a couple May 19 approvals and RFE's

Wow, you're right! Saw one that's May 19 RFE and Received date was Nov 13. Hmm maybe another attempt to bring down the average processing times?

Yes i think so! The November group discussed this back in March because there were about 50 November filers who were approved when they had just started processing September filers. Then early April, there was another round of November filers being approved. I had thought it stopped during the second week of April, but i didn't realize that the WAC numbers are super off when getting into November. There is no specific order. I think after the October 30th it jumps to November 16th and November 12. Anyway, it looks like they have been processing these November cases all along!! Honestly its crazy!

thanks for this. I saw one batch'' 24500 ''the dates of earlier date and the coloum next to it is 15 december and 14 january i dont get it why they are in this batch because mine is beggining of december but my batch starts with 35

really? are you seeing recently approval of november fillers or is it about the time accidently some 13and 16 november approved?

mine is beggining of december mine starts with 35 how about yours but we received the mail very late on 23 february

Same here! Our number starts with 33 and our received date is 27th of November but we got the notification on 19th of February. Hope we can get our NOA2 in June🙄

i think this is when the lockbox got really messed up and things are super out of order as a result. normally, i think the dates/case numbers should go in order - the earlier they received your petition, the earlier/smaller your case number is.

 

but because of the mixup/delays, they had to backdate a lot of people's petitions to figure out the correct date they were actually received, so the case numbers are completely out of order.

 

for instance, my case is in the 11000 range (received date Oct 19). Most of the cases in the 10000-10999 range are dated Oct 20-22 which should in theory be after my case number. based on my tracking, i think they're processing by received date and not in order of case number. i remember when they were working on Oct 5 petitions, we saw some approvals/RFEs in later case ranges bc they had one or two Oct 5 cases.

Yes, there are recently approved November filers. In that 13 and 16 batch there were May approvals and RFE's. However, I decided to keep going past that  because the WAC numbers are in no order when it comes to "Received Date." For example, it  jumps from November 17 to November 23 back to November 20 and then November 24. When I kept going I saw that they indeed have been processing November cases, not just the 13 and 16 batches like we thought. There were a lot of April/ May approvals past that batch of 13th and 16th,
