Where do you check this?

When you’re on your profile and it populates a date of adjudication if you click on the thing that says US CIS processing time you see you California processing date when you click on it you’ll see it.

Here's the weekly round up: some good news finally - they've processed ~4x as many I-129F cases per day this week compared to last (last week's avg. was 11 cases per day)!

Also, I was made aware that October filers have receipt numbers through 27000, so I've added an additional 10,000 cases to the total range. Hopefully, everyone from our month is captured now!

So amazing seeing progress!!!

I have a question and apologies if this has been covered elsewhere - when it says ‘earliest date’ and ‘latest date’, what does that mean? I notice some are up into November and December? Got me into a burst of excitement as I’m December 28 noa1 :)

No worries - so if your receipt # was between 2500-2999 (the 1st batch/row in the table), then the earliest Case Received date (not NOA1 Notice date) in that batch is Sept 30 and the latest Case Received date is Oct 1. Everyone in that batch has a Case Received date between Sept 30 - Oct 1 (the way I identify those dates is using MINIFS and MAXIFS functions in excel).

Normally, those ranges should be pretty small - 1 or 2 days difference. However, if you look at the 11000-11499 range, you can see someone in that group had a NOA1 Received date on Sept 29 and yet another person had their's on Nov 4. That's over a month's difference in a single batch. Realistically, the majority of those cases have Received dates between Oct 19 - Oct 23, but there were 2 outliers in that group.

My guess is it has something to do with the Texas lockbox delays that began in mid/late October that messed with their normal process. It's especially noticeable from cases 17000-27000. Originally, I hadn't included those ranges because the majority of October cases were done by case # 17000, and the following ranges became mostly comprised of November filers. However, someone recently informed me that there are October stragglers (last 3 days of the month) whose case numbers go all the way through 27000! And by that point, most of the filers are November/December.

It's totally possible your case is included here - the way I would read this is really based off your case number though. If your case number falls within one of the ranges in the leftmost column, then you should be included in this data and can see the progress leading up directly to your batch!

This is super helpful, thanks so much for putting this together and explaining patiently to us all! :) I'm in the 44xxxx, so two months perhaps! I'll feel much more hopeful once @AishaniA93 reports progress - fingers crossed.

Keeping all fingers crossed here 🤞 I was under the impression it went by received date not so much case number so am praying we may hear sooner than hoped!

Apologies for clogging up the October group :D

I think you're right about it going by Received Date, because there was a tiny bit of movement in the later case numbers last week, but I think it's bc those cases had Received Dates in early October!
