One can hope. In the August thread on here someone has an August 6 NOA1 and just received their NOA2.

I saw the October 2020 K1 filers and some individuals that filed late August are already receiving their NOA2 - the USCIS Processing times says they are processing August 15 but lately they are 15 behind and at the end of the month it usually jumps forward so there is hope ....

September’s are still in Case was Received status as early as September 3. I think we have another month until we start seeing traction into later September & early October.

We've waited all this time a few more weeks won't hurt us!  I've been blessed to be able to spend the time in Colombia with my fiancé since November but have to return this week :(. Hoping next time I return is for his interview

Agree! I have been spending 2-3 weeks in a third country (Brazil) since my fiancé and I were able to be here (I am still blocked from entering the EU of course) - it’s amazing how much money the US loses having us living temporarily abroad, I am sure we are not the only ones! Good luck to you and those reading this post!

Nice. I haven’t seen my fiancé since January 2020. A few more weeks can easily turn to months.

I think so! Someone mentioned the processing time went down to 5-7 months!!! It has been fluctuating the last couple of months but this is the lowest I seen since covid!!

If you guys follow the September board, there's been a few. There have also been some on the two/three K-1 Facebook groups I am part of. A couple early September filers, and a few mid September. We're getting there!

I've seen many September cases getting approved and also saw one as late as November 12, 2020 getting approved ( she wasn't expedited ) so we should be seeing something anytime. Someone I know was mid September and they received theirs, but someone else I know who is September 1st still hasn't heard anything. So I am guessing it varies with how they pull the cases, maybe?

I think they are divided out to case managers/officers and it's luck of the draw as to what speed yours processes. At least that is my best guess.  I'm feeling pretty hopeful and excited though.

Me too! It's coming along, just have to be patient. This have been going a lot quicker lately. I look forward to seeing everyone post about their updates as they come in.

Yes. I heard there were 7 approved November cases and 2 RFE's from November 12th. Its just so random at this point but hopefully they will be done with September in about 2-3 weeks!!

Things are opening up and according to the latest visa bulletin K1 visas are included in high priorities and must be processed as consulates open up. At that time you should write your congressmen, call NVC and file inquiries with them particularly if this delays poses a burden on you.
