Hello great people, we are currently updating our form i864 for the aos interview. My wife, the USC, no longer has a part time job, as im now working full time and support us both.

She is still a full time student, and im just wondering if there is anywhere we can mention that, so that it doesnt look like shes just unemployed and doing nothing??.  As i imagine that looks worse.

My joint sponsor, my sister in law, has had no changes since we first applied for aos, so that should be fine as she makes well above the requirements.

Im mainly concerned how they will view the situation with my wife being a fulltime student and unemployed, even though we have a joint sponsor and my fulltime salary pluss healthcare.

Unfortunately if there isn’t a spot for education you can’t do anything- her status is unemployed. If you have a qualified joint sponsor I wouldn’t be too concerned.

Okay gotcha, and Is there a specific document i could bring to show i can support us, being fully employed? Or would bringing recent pay stubs and letter from employer cover that completely?
