Hi guys,

Haven't posted here in a long time but wanted to provide an update on our case that may help others. We filed 10/22/2020 (MSC). Did biometrics in 7/13/2021 and got a ready for interview notice 9/8/2021. Didnt hear anything since then but our application got approved 1/23/2023. No interview and didnt additionally file N-400. I updated this google docs spreadsheet if anyone interested. Hopefully everyone on here starts hearing approvals soon!

Hello finally,I got my green card today iam October 2020 filer my 24 extension letter expired 2 months ago I did biometric a year ago  and no interview

After fingerprints, did your status change to 'case is ready to schedule for an interview' ?

Or it got approved direct from fingerprints applied to case to approved?

Still waiting.....

Applied in Oct 2020...Fingerprints in July 2021...

status shows "fingerprints applied to case" since then....

it does not even say yet that " Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview" 😕

I have seen people here waiting years even after when their status says "Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview"

My status still stucked at "fingerprints applied to case" since july 2021 😕

I applied N400 in September 2021 as well. Case is being actively reviewed on there as well since I filed. Biometric re-used.

Which service center is your I-751 at?

Is your I-751 a joint or divorce waiver case?

Obviously another option is suing...

My case got approved a week ago! 🥰 My 24 month extension letter was going to expire in November so I contacted local office and scheduled info pass appointment, they gave me the extension stamp in passport. After that after 3 months got a letter that case was approved! Didn't have interview, didn't have any RFE, before this they just used my previous Biometric data etc. 😀

Congrats. What was your status being shown during these months before approval?

Yep, I got the letter yesturday. I have filed a I-751, I-751A (son >21) and N-400 all on time and now I have to wait another 24 months. The USCIS system is truly broken. I am an October filers.

Just because you got an extension letter doesn’t mean that is how long it will take. Most N400s will be processed significantly faster.
