The slowest is EAC and they don’t do anything and that’s why it’s slow. SRC and other centers do initial reviews quick and just transfer them to NBC as standard processing procedures. So if you’re stuck at EAC, it’s just the worst, not one of.

01/18/2021 - new card being produced

12/14/2020 - biometric letter received 

11/14/2020 - check was cashed

10/27/2020 - package was received in AZ

10/26/2020 - sent package

11/19/20 - Received the NOA letter in the mail

01/25/21 - I just received in the mail today the NOA informing that my case was transferred to NBC. My case number starts with WAC.

hi Tinskee, we have the same timeline. 

package sent 10/26/2020

received 10/28/2020

got a mail today informing my case was transferred to NBC since 1/20/2021. My case number is WAC.

really.. my case number is WAC and I received a notification 1/20/2021 that my case is transferred to NBC.. so does that mean my case has a possibility to get approved faster? ty

Hello, I'm from SFO, CA. My case number is WAC!

Here's my timeline:

10/26/2020- Sent my package to AZ

10/28/2020- Package received

11/18/2020- Check was cashed

11/19/2020- NOA

11/23/2020- NOA received in mail

1/20/2021- case transferred to NBC

1/25/2021- NOA regarding case transferred to NBC in mail received

Now, waiting for good news... hopefully my 10 year green card will be processed faster!

Nobody does since 2003 :)

Hi All, 

 

I just wondering for I-751 application -Removal of Conditions do you have to attend a biometrics appointment as part of the process. I remember reading in the instructions and assuming it was a certain. We may have to leave the country due to a terminally ill parent so was wondering in advance if it's a guaranteed appointment which you have to attend.

 

I am a December filer and wasn't sure where to post this question so I do appreciate your help.
