Mine and my K2's cases have been transferred today as well. It appears, SRC moved a large batch of applications today. Let's hope it's a good news for all of us.

Does transfer of case change the processing time to the place it is transferred to or it remains as of the original processing center?

I don't think the processing time would change

I received my NOA for case being transferred. It was transferred to the NBC (not the local office like I thought)

@Bilazafar2002The processing time is based on how fast people are working on cases in a specific location. If the location where you file is being processed changes from one center to another then yes, the processing time COULD change.

On the excel sheet what does "moved to local office" mean? My file was transferred to the National Benefits Center, is that considered the local office?

I looked at august filers, base on some applicants cases who has their case been transferred to NBC got their 10years GC within 3months. It would be a nice new Year gift if ever to you.

My went to NBC as well
