So they confirmed that they have received your case and it is being processed right now? Which means you should get your receipt number early next week, right?

No. We still have no receipt number or cashed check. They assigned an agent to find out why our package hasnt been processed.

Finally some good news for late October and November filers. My credit card was charged $680 today (12/04/2020) at 9:17 PM CST.

 

Received date: 11/02/2020

 

I will call USCIS next week to get the receipt number. Hopefully they should be able to provide it. And I hope I will receive the NOA in mail before Christmas.

we have 2 questions please:

-we saw that the money order was cashed like 2 weeks ago but till now we did not receive any letter or text or email. should we do something or wait?

-does the case get added automatically to our account on the website or we have to add it manually in order to see updates?

You have to wait for at least 30 days from payment date, then you can call USCIS to get Receipt Number. I got Sms first, then letter.

 

Case will not get automatically added in account, you have to click on Add Paper Based Case, then Receipt Number. Even then, it will not show same updates as a digitally online filled form.

- You can try calling USCIS to get the receipt number. Call 1-800-375-5283 and then when you get to the automated voice recording, say "schedule appointment", then "infopass". You should be redirected to a representative immediately. I tried that method a few times and it worked every time.

 

- Yes, you have to manually add the receipt number to the online account track the case status

Hi guys. I am in the same boat with you. Sent mine on 10/31. Was delivered on 11/02.

My money order has not been cash out, no text messages, no anything.

Same here. It was received on 11/02. Nothing and I wrote the lockbox and in the instructions it says that you can’t get any responses about i751 application they don’t answer about that but when you call USCIS say to write them so it’s like no point to write the Lockbox or anything🙄🙄🙄

Try to contact Uscis , called them just say info pass when the machine is telling you want you want
