I just tried to call USCIS several times but was not able to talk to a representative, only  a computer... Can I ask how you were able to get through to a live agent? Our case was also received 10/30. Thank you so much! 

 

I would try to contact the lockbox. If you have enough patience, you can contact them via email too.

Oh, the computer bypass is the easiest part.  Mention "Schedule Interview". it will ask you what interview. Mention "InfoPass". It gets you to a Tier 1 officer immediately, without putting you on hold. Let me know how it goes.      lol i hope after posting these here, USCIS doesn't eliminate that option.

I finally got an update in regards to my case. No notification, No text. But i called USCIS and i got a receipt number over the phone. My case was received on the 30th October but i heard nothing since then. The Tier 1 officer told me my case has been updated December 1st and a receipt notice has been sent to me. To other October filers waiting for responses, try to give USCIS  a call because that Notification might never come even after filling form G1145.   Goodluck.

We were finally able to talk to someone as well and we also received our receipt number over the phone. They said they have sent out the notice yesterday (12/02). Our case was received 10/30. We have not received any e-notification and the check has not been cashed yet (maybe it takes a few days to show on the bank account). So thankful that we finally know they received it.

Greeaaaat!!! I’m so glad i could be of help. I hope other october filers who haven’t gotten any response yet see this thread and try to call USCIS. Sometimes that E-Notification never comes. Did the “schedule Interview” trick work quicker to bypass the Computer voice automated call?

Yes totally! Before, the computer voice always hung up on me ..... Thank you again!!! Definitely recommend calling - there is hope, they are processing everything - probably just overwhelmed and do not have time to send out e-notifications.

The new fee is still on hold. So use the old fee which is $595 I-751 and $85 for biometric. Each minor/dependent child must submit $85 for biometric

It's still the same fee. Does just the immigrant spouse have conditional card or do immigrant child(ren) also have conditional card?

Okay... trying not to freak out but our i751 package was received at the AZ on 30 Oct via UPS. Today is 4 Dec and the check has not been cashed and we have no NOA. Im not sure what to do. Do I have to leave the country if they dont process it? I sent it 90 days before my conditional GC expires. This is terrifying.

Don't worry, I am in the same situation. My package was also received 10/30 at Phoenix and I called yesterday (thanks to this forum!!) and they gave me the receipt number over the phone. Today I can see that they cashed my check yesterday. Apparently they sent out the NOA on Wednesday. Try and call them. Good luck to you!

No. You remain a LPR. Only an Immigration Judge can revoke that status.

Called them this morning. They informed me that there is a big backlog on I-751s and that we still have no receipt number. She gave me the lockbox support email and told us what to put in the Email however, after we received the auto response it states that I751s inquiries won't be responded to. She did inform us that I wont get deported so Im a bit more at ease now.

30 oct. So I called back after reading the auto response email about I751 inquiries not being answered. The call center agent informed me that the previous agent made a mistake and we were escalated to our case being assigned to an agent. The lockboxsupport email does not answer I751 questions.
