Yep, in a previous post I explained how I accidently filed a 485 instead of 751 and ended up filing the 751 late. They received it on 10/30 and haven't heard anything since. I understand that with the virus, election, and holiday, there are delays. Still, it's a little nerve-wracking that the check still hasn't cashed. Nothing to do but be patient really.

Yes,  same same here. Received 10/30  and we have not heard anything....

That's great. Yours was received at the lockbox on 10/29 and NOA received on 11/30.

I have no way of telling. It was a Postal Money Order and the USPS site does not tell me when it was cashed.

I finally got an update in regards to my case. No notification, No text. But i called USCIS and i got a receipt number over the phone. My case was received on the 30th October but i heard nothing since then. The Tier 1 officer told me my case has been updated December 1st and a receipt notice has been sent to me. To other October filers waiting for responses, try to give USCIS  a call because that Notification might never come even after filling form G1145.   Goodluck.

That's interesting. Did you at least know the date when they cashed your check or charged your credit card before calling USCIS?

 

Hopefully you'll receive the NOA soon in mail. My received date is 11/02 and I need my NOA by 12/28 as it's going to be the first day of my new job. My GC expired on 11/26. 😣

We mailed my husband’s paperwork was filed and mailed on 10/26 and it was received at the Lockbox on 11/02. Would I be an October filer or a November filer 😂😂😂??

Yay, so happy for you that you finally received a receipt number : )

 

I just tried to call USCIS several times but was not able to talk to a representative, only  a computer... Can I ask how you were able to get through to a live agent? Our case was also received 10/30. Thank you so much!
