That's a relief to hear that. So you're expecting the NOA any day in the mail now? Did you receive a text message or email notification with the receipt number?

 

I submitted the form for credit card payment. I didn't see a place in the form to enter the CVC number of the credit card. That's something I'm worried if I did correctly.

Yeah. Still no text and no email, but according to the google sheets it seems like texts/emails are very erratic in the sense that they either come in before the check is cashed or after, or in terms of the time of day I've heard they've come in at midnight PST (?), so I'm not really worried about that at the moment, I'm just letting it be. 

 

And I didn't submit that form, I sent in a check, but I just checked the form out online and I don't see a field for that number so I wouldn't worry about that either. I think you'll be fine

Hello! Just wanted to give an update to those who are still waiting for noa or check cashed. My package was delivered on 10/29, this morning my check was finally cashed! I hope other people with the same delivery date will see some moving too!

It seems to me that someone has removed the google sheet entirely 😔

 

However, there is still another version that people can use, but everybody have to fill out the data again unfortunately, and I think it is almost not possible to find the old one back

Yes, I created the original one from September. Then I shared this one to the OP (Original Poster) of this thread. However, apparently someone else also copied my model (The one that has been removed), so this was not being used haha. 🤣
