hi there, I'm almost the same timeline as you. don't worry too much. I usually read and base my status from the Google spreadsheet for October filers. My package was received by USCIS on 10/28, my credit card was cashed on 11/18. I didn't receive any email/text notification but my NOA just suddenly came today 11/23. As I have observed from the spreadsheet, those whose package was received on 10/27 got their check cashed and NOA's came starting 11/13 until last week, (so as for me 10/28 was expecting for this week and it happened), so each date a package is received takes a week after (from the timelines) for their NOA's. So as for you 10/29, it will come next week or the week after. I wish you good luck.

Hey I like how you analyze these data. so do you think they’ll cash the check this week for 10/29?

No, you do not need to include passport sized photo in your file if you are living in the US and applying for the removal of the conditions. However, “Those who reside overseas pursuant to military or government orders, including conditional resident dependents residing overseas and listed under Part 5. Information About Your Children of the petition, must submit the following items with Form I-751:
1. Two passport-style “

Hope that helps.

Thanks for your reply and for clarifying.

Guys I wouldn't worry too much about them not cashing check if you did everything properly. I am in a worst position. I accidently filed 485 in lieu for 751 back in August. I received a denial from them AFTER my Wife's greencard expired in October. Had to rush to get in the 751, 2 weeks after GC expired. Had to submit an apology letter saying how dumb of a mistake I made and kissing their butts hoping they just accept the late filing. They received it on 10/30 just praying that they will cash the check and we can move on. Haven't heard anything yet.

Hoping the same thing. And guess that’s the only thing we can do. Hopelessly hoping...

I'm worried. Our package was delivered on 10/29.
No text, money order not cashed. No NOA received. :(

I called the post office last week, and they verified that the package was in fact received at that address.

I sent in my packet in last week of October. According to my USPS tracking number packet was received on Oct 29. I have not gotten any sort of notification yet from USCIS. Check has not been cashed either. Is there any place I can create all this to create a timeline this process moves through ?

Hey guys,

I'm 3 or 4 days behind you all and still waiting for any type of notification. They have not charged my credit card and no text or email notifications either.

My GC expires on 11/26 in two days. :(

Date filed: 10/28/2020

Date received: 11/02/2020

The worst thing is, I resigned from my current job and waiting to start a new job on 12/28. 😓 I need the NOA before that.

I made the mistake of not filing closer to 90 days of expiration, and now I'm kicking myself for that.

I called USCIS and they don't have my application in the system. USCIS cannot do anything at this point since they do not have the application. They asked me to email <lockboxsupport@uscis.dhs.gov>. I emailed lockbox yesterday, but lockbox might take 30 days or more to reply back. I just have to wait and hope that I will receive the NOA before 12/28. I'm just worried that lockbox may have lost my application. 😞

If anyone is having trouble getting through to a representative, just call USCIS at 800-375-5283 and then say "SCHEDULE APPOINTMENT" when the automated voice assistance kicks in. Then wait for the automated response and say "INFOPASS". That should get you through to a representative. Make sure you have your A-Number or the SSN ready.

Best regards,

RR

Don’t worry. I have a similar timeline to yours in terms of filing close to the expiration date and they cashed my check today (my GC expired on Nov 16th). Your package arrived a little less than 4 weeks before your expiration date, and mine arrived a little less than 3 (so even closer to the expiration date than yours) and I’m good. You’ll be fine. Good luck.
