Just have a quick question, how long after the initial green card can I renew or apply for form I-751 ? Is it 60 days prior it expires or 6 months prior ?

Sometimes the texts come at weird times, don't worry you'll get your 797 soon.

That's the standard process to resolve SSA TNC: https://www.e-verify.gov/employers/verification-process/tentative-nonconfirmations/ssa-and-dhs-tncs But remember: "The employee must be allowed to continue working while he or she resolves the mismatch. In addition, an employer may not take any adverse actions, such as delaying training or reducing work hours, against an employee because of a TNC while the case status is an Employee referred to SSA or DHS."

no text received

check was not cashed yet

when are we supposed to start thinking that the responses got late and what should we do in that case?

The check was finally cashed but we didn't get an email or text yet, yay! We had submitted the

e-notification form with our packet, so I hope we get a notice some time just for peace of mind...  

I hope the rest of you get yours in the system soon!

Hi I’m just double checking if I sent the right amount. The filing fee for i751 form is still $595. Then you add how many petitioners right? Each petitioner or child is $85?
