We were on the same forum before! :)  maybe September 2017 filers for the last round?

Yep, I remember you. I was June 2017 filer but I frequented other groups with close dates as well. AOS took over 1,5 years, hoping for a faster ROC.

So I was able to get through. Their system is working fine now. They sent our case to the jurisdiction that has our case because we haven't gotten a response yet..

Did you get to speak to a rep? I had no luck today, but my last attempt was around 1:00 pm. Perhaps, the system was still down.

@Selma and Nermin, can you please verify the phone # 1-800-375-5283 and you got through by saying "no receipt", correct? Thank you in advance!

"Waived" means that USCIS will be re-using applicant's old biometrics, so biometric appointment has been waived. Those whose biometrics has not been waived, will receive an appointment date.

Red numbers in the last column show how long an applicant has been into the process, their individual processing time. It's different for each applicant and depends on the date when an ROC application was filed. It changes every day, +1.

Yes, we spoke to a Rep. I first say "Didn't receive a receipt". If she immediately doesn't ask you if you filed with a service center or lockbox then repeat "didn't receive a receipt". She will then ask you if you filed with service center or lockbox. At this point just say service center (even if you filed with a lockbox like I did). Then you will get through to a Rep. The number you have listed is the one I used.

Question: our receipt notice starts with YSC. Does that tell us anything about our likelihood of being called in for an interview?

Called today and USCIS said they didn't have any info yet for us and they said they got a flood of new submissions so they are behind on processing them. It has been 15 days since we submitted, hopefully they move soon.

It took us exactly 21 days after they received our package. We haven't received the NOA yet but we saw the check was cashed.

All right, I tried calling USCIS again today with no luck, stupid system never let me get through and speak with a real person.

But to my great surprise, daughter's separate extension letter arrived. Finally, I can exhale and have some peace of mind. Thank you all for your advice.
