Filed 10/13

Received date 10/14

Notice date 10/26

-They made a typo on the letter and gave me a middle name I do not have, so I have to correct that I assume.

Notice starts with EAC (not sure what that means)

Its okay. I get a lil stressed out with this things since I am filling by myself (divorced). Do not mean to be that defensive.

Since you seem to know more than I do, what does Vermont service Center mean? Long wait times?

It is still mostly based on where you live. For example, this is from our Sept google sheet, you can see people in the same service center live in roughly the same geographical region

Vermont is 10 to 14 months Wich is better than some but not as fast as Texas RightNow.. here's a link for USCIS contact Info so u can inform them of the error in the name..https://www.uscis.gov/about-us/contact-us

Hey everyone, I’m a newbie!
pls help me if you can.

im about to file 751, but the gov page says I need to send the package with fingerprint cards. The only time I did this, was before I got my green card and they sent me the appointment. I don’t know how to request by myself a fingerprint appointment.

thoughts?

thank you in advance!

Reference both, and you'll have everything covered.  Its pretty straight forward.

Well I officially am annoyed by the whole thing USPS and government  here in Miami, FL.... I mailed out since 10/26 and it just got there today due the “mail being held”  and it’s a big story here in mail where they are actually hold the ballots in warehouses and if you don’t call them and demand that they send your package it won’t get sent...... I had to actually go to the warehouse and basically go crazy in order for them to mail my package for my husband.... Good luck everyone!!! I just needed to vent 😂😂

Yeah that's part of the reason i asked..because according to USCIS website, texas service center covers Florida, not YSC. But I see several of Florida petitions assigned there at YSC..
