My complete package came back to me today: I filed 9 days earlier! I have lost 30 days within the stipulated 90 days. They said I should resubmit. I am doing that tomorrow.

Hi guy just curious, how does uscis determine if you file too early, do they go by the post mark date or the day they received it?

If the date it arrived their office is outside the 90 days before the Green card expires. Mine was returned today that I filed 9 days early. I am resubmitting tomorrow.
