My I-751 package was sent via USPS  to beat 2nd October 2020 new fee deadline, and was received on 30th September 2020 in Phoenix Arizona. I am an early October 2020 filer, precisely 1st of October 2020 . Since then, I have not heard anything from USCIS. A lot of people are saying USCIS will get in touch within 2-3 weeks to confirm receipt of accepted package. It is over 3 weeks, my credit card has not been debited and I have not gotten a text message/email from them. Anybody to advise me? Thank you all.

Hey y'all,

I submitted my I-751 to AZ office 2 weeks ago. According to FedEx tracking, it was received on the 13th of October.

When should I hear from them? Should I call to ask? Can I call using my A number since I do not have any other numbers yet?

When should I submit everything again in case it was lost? My GC expires in December.

Thanks !

Base on other October filers between 2 to 3 weeks. Lots of us waiting still. Nothing we can do for now but wait. Mine was received on the 15th still nothing. Card expires in January first week.

For I-751, the conditional resident is the "Petitioner." The US citizen is just the "Spouse" that signs Part 8: https://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/document/forms/i-751.pdf

thank you very much!

Any one in the same boat waiting for response?

Any time now. Back in Sept I heard in 7 days (got a text) then 14 days for my letter. then 27 days they waived my prints. Seems they are taking a little longer but you should hear soon.

You can get a sense of when you can expect some progress on your file looking at others' progress:

Seems like people whose forms were received on the 14th finally received emails and their checks were cashed

I wonder if only using the Arizona lockbox and not being able to raise fees has led to a work slowdown? Looks like Aug, Sept, filers were getting texts and checks cashed in about 7 to 10 days.
