Yes, the 12/02/19 edition is the current edition as shown on https://www.uscis.gov/i-751.

Hello, everyone. I have a problem. I sent my I-751 on September 28th and was received on October 2nd. However, I sent them the wrong fee. is that going to be a automatic denial of the application?  Or will they give me a chance to send the correct fee? Because I haven't gotten any letter from USCIS yet.

 

One more problem was my gc already expired on 10/20/2020. I know, I sent my application late but it was due to Covid19. Money problems. I dont know what to do.

Hi @ifdv,yes they going to send it back to you because of the wrong fee...I would try to prepare another package to send off since your green card already expired

what will happen now with me then? im illegal alien? and will the uscis honor my application now that my gc is expired?

You might have to write them a letter explaining the late filing,I don't think you're a illegal alien yet.

ahhh ok, print up a new package today like Junior818 suggested and get it in the mail ASAP with the correct fee. You can write a cover note about the 1st application being sent back for wrong fee and money problems due to COVID as the reason you are late. Good Luck

I wouldn't wait for the first package to return, because eventually they going to send it back,so send out a new package ASAP and write a letter and explain to them that you already send in a package but the fee is incorrect.

Yes that's correct,$595 for the application fee and $85 for biometric
