my question is, should I just resend the package back with the correct fee? $680?

I was debating that as well and I ended up just reprinting everything including the outdated i-751 form that I originally submitted. They just cashed my check today for $680 so reprinting everything didn't seem to be an issue. The way the letter was worded did seem to imply I could have just replaced the incorrect form though. Maybe someone else knows better, but I can at least verify that reprinting everything wasn't an issue.

That’s good. I will resend them again today. It just send to send the corrected fee. So I will just resend my package..

does it matter if my check has my old address? Or will it be a problem?

No, the address won't matter as long as the account number is correct. I've used checks with old addresses before and it never mattered.

Have u tried to download and print another form recently? Print one page of another form..perhaps the saved version u have is enlarged b4 saving.

Nah, the cheapest printer they sell at Wal-Mart absolutely isn't. It is actually the top margin that is the issue the way the craptastic paper feed works it can't start printing the top of the sheet close enough to the edge to fit everything in before it can print everything. So it pushes the whole page down a bit resulting in the footnotes of the form which are meant to be about a quarter inch from the edge off the page. Trust me on this one.

thank you both for the input. we tried another form and it is doing the same. apparently like ThomasNC1988 said, the printer that we have does not start all the way from the top so we are missing the footer of the page. well, we are going to print the form tomorrow at the library and sign it then send the package on Wednesday. trying to not send a package in the middle of the week so it does not arrive on the weekend but we are not going to wait another week to send it. ao thank you all for the responses

We received our I-797 form with a MSCxxxxxxxx case number from the USCIS Benefits Center in Missouri.
When we tried to update my timeline, this office is not one of the choices.   We can only choose Vermont, California, Nebraska, Texas and Potomac Service Centers.   Other people have one of these 5 centers entered in their timeline.  How did USCIS tell you which service center will process your paperwork?

I had the same query.

I tried to search the case number and it throws me an error saying it does not exist.

My guess is that you can still send it using the direct filing address for FedEx you used before (https://www.uscis.gov/i-751-direct-filing-addresses) as regardless of which service you use they all probably end up in the same pile once collected. But if USPS is an option and you'd be more comfortable following the letter more verbatim then you might consider doing that.

According to this: https://www.dhs.gov/publication/uscis-processing-concurrently-pending-forms-n-400-and-forms-i-751

MSC cases are routed for interview scheduling, so you guys will probably be sent over to your local offices (or another interim service center) and get interview dates.  Give it some time; I presume you'll get a notice of case transfer.

For the service centers, the interviews may be waived (or may not be waived), so the processing times are therefore presumably for those that are adjudicated at the service center itself.  That's my guess.

It also appears that the MSC cases (mandatory interviews) are those where the initial green card interview was outside of the US.  Some CR1s are routed to service centers anyway, but I again presume that they will not have interview waivers and will be transferred regardless.  But who knows.

If you call USCIS and they give you more info, post here!

With MSC most probably. The other centers probably depends on the amount of evidence or the case or whatever they feel the reason should be.
