Good evening,

I would like to get your help:

Indeed, I came to the US on the 3rd of July 2019, got married on the 19th of July and I received today a request for applicant to appear for initial interview for my I485 application to register permanent residence or adjust status. I’m very excited about it however, after reading the list of items I have to bring with me, I have few questions:
  1. I am supposed to “bring a completed medical examination (form I-693) and vaccination supplement in a sealed envelope (unless already submitted)” however I don’t have that document. Indeed, I have a DS-3025, filled out in France by a Physician on the 13-06-2019. I applied to the I-485 (+ EAD + AD) just two weeks after getting married and, because of Covid-19 and a move to a different state, I had to wait quite a lot to get this interview. My concern is that I do not know if my medical examination is still good. I had to give the sealed envelop when I came to the US on the 3rd of July 2019 but then I never had to show it as a proof during the whole process. My interview is on the 10/21/2020 so do I need to do the form I-693 or do my DS-3025 filled out on the 06/13/2019 is enough when it’s been more than a year?
  2. They want a completed form I-864 with evidences (unless already submitted), does it mean that they just want a copy of the form I submitted in 2019?

Thank you for your help!
