my wifes AOS packet is almost done and i want to send everything before oct 2 before they increase the fees.

i really need help, on this part.

Under the education part where it ask for high school diploma and college degrees, my wife has a vietnamese high school diploma. she did go to an international university in Vietnam and her Bachelors is in English.

is it 100% required to include a copy of the high school diploma? or will just the Bachelors from the university suffice? the diploma is in vietnamese.

also, does her Bachelors need to be evaluated by an agency?

thanks for your help!

I have a similar question - I think we should have a new dedicated I-944 topic since the form is back now.

My question is: do I need to include copies of the actual diplomas/degrees or will the transcripts alone suffice? I was able to get my High School and University transcripts pretty easily and can do degree verification (I'm from an English-speaking part of Canada so language is not an issue.) But getting a copy of my degree will take 8-10 weeks and I'm not even sure of the High School diploma since it's 20+ years old.

To maybe try to answer your question on the Vietnamese HS diploma and university degree - I gather that they'll want to know that she's studied in English as proof of language ability. Also I think it would be a good idea to get the degree verified by some kind of agency. I know it sucks and it costs a penny but it's worth doing I think. I'm going to suck it up and get it done. Not sure about the high school transcript. I got mine just in case, but it's in English.
