Multiple Entry Visa..how long to wait between visits?

Hello all...I am sure this has been addressed so I apologize, but I am looking and and can't find any clarification.  My in-laws in Ukraine have a 10 year multiple entry tourist/visitor visa.  They were here from February to July of 2020.  My wife would like to bring them back in December or January for another 3 months.  Is there a certain amount of time they should be outside of the U.S. before re-entering?  How many times can they visit in any given year?  Will frequency of visits affect them in any way if they decide to apply for a green card in the future?  Thanks so much in advance!

The recommendation is to stay out for twice as long as the previous visit.  How many times can they visit in any given year?  There is no hard and fast rule.  However, if it looks like they are using a B visa to live in the US (vs vacation), there could be consequences, including revocation of the visa.  Every entry is at the discretion of CBP.  Even if they want to stay for 6 months, they may only receive permission to stay for one month.  Will frequency of visits affect them in any way if they decide to apply for a green card in the future? Other way round.  Applying for GC demonstrates immigrant intent. Thanks so much in advance!

From what I gathered, you should be outside of the US longer than you are in.

It is worth noting that they kinda keep track of what was stamped in the previous visit. A family member previously overstayed from what was stamped in her prior visit, but was still within the 6 months limit, and she was questioned when she tried to re-enter almost half a year after. They basically told her that even though the Visa states that you can stay within 6 months, if within entry you declared that you'll only be staying for 3 months, you need to exit around that time.

If I were you, I would hold off until sometime next year, like June- July. Typically they want to see that you are spending more time out of the country than inside the US
