My wife and I are working on filing for her green card. We also wanted to file form I-131, so she and I can travel to see he family while the green card is pending. Which one do we file? The Basic form, The Reentry permit,

The refugee document, or The Advance parole document?   I don't know what the difference is.

Also I was filling out the form I-864 "affidavit of support" and I read about form I-944 "declaration of self-sufficiency".   Do we need this form?

You're filing for an Advance Parole using form 131.

Yes you need to file 944.

If you file all the forms (485 (and 864 and 944),131 and 765) before Oct 2nd, you don't pay for 131 and 765. After that the fees change and you pay for them.

And the forms are also being updated on Oct 2nd.

We have another question on this topic.  We need copies of her vaccination records for the form I-131. We have those records from when she went through the K1 visa process, but they were obtained in Romania and were written in Romanian. Will these be sufficient, or does she need to get a vaccination record here in the states?

You don't need vaccination records for the 131.

Read the instructions slowly and carefully .  If its not mentioned,  it's not required

YMMV
