Hello,

So i just had my AOS interview and was told i was approved and to await my green card. My case status is now " we approved your 1-485 and sent you your approval notice" in the next week i am moving with my wife to a new city in a new district. I will be updating my address in the next day.  Will this mess with my processing of the physical card? I have my EAD in hand already. Will my whole application need to be moved to the new processing facility or will the current one just mail it all to my new address?? Also do i need to update my address on all my applications even the ones that are fully complete like my EAD application or my Travel Application? Or just the I-485 and I-130?

Any advice? Thanks

For safety sake, I would not move till you get your greencard in hand.  . USCIS is not the best in updating addresses.   I would not chance it.

Then once you do move, you need to update your new address with USCIS.

Ask the new buyer to hold all your mail. Do not update your address yet until after you receive the green card from the new buyer. Attempting to update your address now could delay things.

Your green card will arrive at the old address, there's nothing you can do about it. You should've asked for the IO to update your physical/mailing address at the interview.

When you update your address online, you will select that you don't have a pending application.
