Hi all. Can anyone tell me the best way to send the documentation she will need for the interview in Kiev, Ukraine? FedEx, DHL, ect? I can't email them because my scanner makes jpeg files. Is there some other software I can use? OCR maybe? If not what is the best service to use.

Thanks in advance!

Donny

What is wrong with jpeg files? They're clear enough when printed. But you may also need to send original copies of some documents, so why not just send it in one mail? Use Fedex if its urgent.

Wont work for originals.

EMS via USPS is probably your cheapest option, if EMS service is reliable in the country you are sending to. I haven't had any problems with it sending to Indonesia. Takes about 5-7 business days. But its trackable.

If you need it there faster, than UPS, DHL or Fedex are your only options.
