Submitting new documents to NVC

Hello. My husband lost his passport and just received it today. He also finally received his police report. What is the best way to send it to the NVC? I noticed in the AskNVC link when you’re signed in you can attach files. Would that be the best way? All slots still say submitted. Ive read they’ll say accepted once they’ve all been reviewed. 
also, will this delay our case from being processed and getting an interview in Dublin? We’re also trying to get an expedite but waiting on medical documents. 
 

Has there been a timeline for getting an interview date at Dublin?

Are you documentarily qualified?  If so, then he can hand deliver the police report at the interview.  

 

I assume you are doing normal CR1/IR1 consular processing?  That is, you filed I-130 with USCIS, was approved, and then submitted AOS and IV to NVC?  I ask because this post is in the DCF forum, which is an entirely different process.

What is documentarily qualified? Is that when Nvc accepts all your documents? If so, our status still reads submitted on the Nvc website for the i864 & ds 260. I130 already approved and case moved to Nvc of which we’ve paid fees and submitted all forms and documents. 
 

yes, we’re doing the normal cr1/ir1 consular processing, im not sure how I ended up posting in the dfc area, ops!

DQ means your DS-260 and documents are accepted at NVC and you received an email from them with the subject line "Notice regarding your Immigrant Visa Case becoming Documentarily Qualified"

I have not received an email from the Nvc accepting our documents yet.

Upload the Police Clearance to the NVC and also ask them to update or unlock the DS-260 to change the passport info.
