If he has financial hardship how will he pay for his (presumably) elderly parents health care costs? How can he show/prove/guarantee they will not become a public charge? See how an expedite for this reason may not be beneficial.

Packet 3 Sent : 11/10/13.. Had to schedule interview appointment and attach confirmation receipt to packet

Interview Date : 12/1/14                           Interview Result : Approved !

Visa Received : 12/10/14 picked up at Jacmel location

Apply for Social Security Card: 12/30/14 Connecticut

Marriage: 1/26/15

2.  Financial hardship will be very difficult to prove, especially, as others have stated, his financial situation will more than likely get worse when his parents arrive.

Maybe he supports his parents overseas and is financially burdened due to covid? But will backfire for healthcare costs here as part of public charge rule
