DCF in Bangkok, Thailand

I can't make heads or tails of whether or not they even do it. I've tried finding information and nobody knows if they do or they don't. Do I need to directly contact them to find out if they do? If it helps I have lived with my wife here in Chiang Mai Thailand at her parents family home since before we got married. We have been married for just over three years now. So we can show that we have been living continuously in Thailand and I have not and back to the United States in 3 years.

It was my understanding that the USCIS Bangkok field office closed?

 

Filing a petition with the embassy requires exceptional circumstances, otherwise you file to the lockbox.
