Oh okay. If its only for salaried I guess I’m not part of it since I’m hourly. Thanks for the info though.

While they can't make you sign that contract - they can make you sign a contract agreeing to stay for a period of time if they pay the fees, schooling, etc... or you have to pay them back.  They can also make you sign a non-compete, which means you can limit your career options in your area for a period of time.

True that! I think it would be too easy if they can file for you, pay the fees and not put you in a contract at all.
