DS-5540 No Longer Required?

I found the below link which seems to indicate that this form is no longer required for the K1 Visa (or other) interviews:

Can anyone else confirm? I cannot find any discussion of this on VisaJourney. The current DS-5540 form seems to have expired on 08/31/2020. If this still needs to be completed, does anyone have the current form?

DS-5540 not currently required. Do you have an upcoming interview?

if you will have your interview soon, the DS-5540 is not required right now.

Our embassy transfer request was approved 2 weeks ago. No idea how long that'll take but I can schedule an interview whenever that finishes.
