Question in general for others who know about entry on Canadian passport - no ESTA etc is required so no need to declare previous denial, correct? But flying in at least they will still do bio on entry and so will pick this up?

If traveling from Canada, probably won't be able to set foot into US before facing CBP. The following Canadian airports have CBP preclearance: Calgary International Airport, Edmonton International Airport, Halifax Stanfield International Airport, Montreal Trudeau International Airport, Ottawa MacDonald-Cartier International Airport, Toronto Pearson International Airport, Vancouver International Airport, and Winnipeg International Airport. If Canadians are denied entry, they should seek a visa at a US embassy or consulate; or try again at a POE that can accept Form I-192 filing: https://help.cbp.gov/s/article/Article-760?language=en_US

As an example, in July 2019, 27 B-1/B-2 visas were issued to Canadian citizens: https://travel.state.gov/content/dam/visas/Statistics/Non-Immigrant-Statistics/MonthlyNIVIssuances/JULY 2019 - NIV Issuances by Nationality and Visa Class.pdf

I forgot they do preclearance.

I'll drift off-topic real quick and mention that although Canada Border Services Agency doesn't currently have preclearance inside the US, that could change. ""While Canada has not yet deployed inspection personnel to the United States to facilitate pre-clearance movement into Canada, we hope to see steps on this in the near-future. Perhaps in a pilot project in Scottsdale, or in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., for example," said Kenneth Merten, a deputy assistant U.S. secretary of state." https://www.cbc.ca/news/politics/customs-canada-preclearance-border-1.4594080

The next appointment available is January 21 and maybe it will be more delayed because of the covid.

I was planned to go to Vegas or Miami this summer for my friend wedding, do i have any chance to fix my case with a lawlyer ?

I checked the DS-160 again and its clear, they was asking for JOB TITLE, so i was honest and put all my job titles. they didnt ask if i registred a company or something related .... i dont understand why they told me that i misrepresent myself

Was there maybe a misunderstanding between you and the officer at the border as to the nature of your business activities planned here? Whilst the B-1 permits business activities, they are limited to attending meetings, trade shows, entering into discussions for contracts, signing contracts, etc. You can't perform actual work, however. Maybe the officer thought you were entering with the intention of doing more than just meeting suppliers, potential clients, etc and thought you would be carrying out actual work here.

Timeline in brief:

Married: September 27, 2014

I-130 filed: February 5, 2016

NOA1: February 8, 2016 Nebraska

NOA2: July 21, 2016

Interview: December 6, 2016 London

POE: December 19, 2016 Las Vegas

N-400 filed: September 30, 2019

Interview: March 22, 2021 Seattle

Oath: March 22, 2021 COVID-style same-day oath

Now a US citizen!

When he asked me why im going to US i said for business. I had a company and i'm going to US as a client to meet some supplier that invited me .

He checked my visa application and told me after 1h of questions that i didnt declare that i own a company, but the DS-160 asked for JOB TITLE and when i created the company, it was just a facebook group... until now i never won 1$ from the company so i will never remeber to put it as job title...

Do you think that a lawyler can fix this problem ?

You need to apply for another visa, if you think a Lawyer can help you prep for the interview go for it.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

The Consulate determine if they will issue you a visa, not a Lawyer.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

So a lawyer can't help to fix the case ? example review the decision ?

Review what? Sounds like you’re not familiar with the doctrine of consular nonreviewability.
