Timeline

In nov upon entering U.S on TN visa i was instructed to withdrawl application per sec 212a7A(i)(I). is this going to effect my fiance visa issuance. everything has been approved and we are waiting on interview BUT will it reject us then. thanks

Voluntary withdrawl does not affect your petition. They may ask you about it at the interview, just answer truthfully. It should not negatively affect your visa petition.

thanks Lance for info AGAIN!!!! all this is turning me into a worry freake. I am soon saying the hell with immigration and going to wait it out on george street wit ha PINT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! lol
