Hi everyone awesome site!

I need some help, I'm filling out the I-129f form and we got stuck on some questions.

need a little help here.

My form has a lot of empty spots from parts that do not apply to me, so after its printed out do i mark with pen N/A all over those sections?

And on page 3 #40 Your citizenship info. I'm unsure what is correct, as I am a citizen born in usa and have parents both citizens born in usa

yet the question asks which am I, a citizen by US Parents or Birth In the US.

Which would be the accurate answer?

Also after i finish printing does each page require a printed name and signature? or just signature at the bottom?

Does the photocopy of the passport just need the ID section or photocopies of all the pages i have stamped from trips?

How much evidence is needed, what is a good amount?

How much papers all together does this average in the end? the stack is it about 20 pages including forms and evidence?

lastly, after you file and lets say you must resubmit, how long does that process take?

thank you for any feedback. This process is kind of tough.

If spots don't apply to you then put N/A in them.

If you were born in the USA then put that down if not then it's US Parents. Also you only sign on page 10 where it says signature, not on every page.

You need to provide evidence of meeting together such as photos, itineraries, hotels/flight receipts, how you met. Please do not send pictures of you two in a hotel or a bar, (yes, we have seen that here). The packet size is up to you according to how much evidence you send. Some send hardly any evidence in the beginning while others front load the document with more evidence then is really needed.

The ideal thing is to make sure you won't have to resubmit anything.

For the proof of citizenship, you only need a copy of the passport page with your photo.  Then as part of your evidence of meeting, include a copy of the pages with the relevant stamps from meeting with your fiance.
