I am sending documents to IEE for my high school degree equivalency evaluation and for now I only have the scanned copy.

On the IEE website it says they are accepting scanned copies during Covid-19 and the evaluation will be marked as "provisional". And the acceptance of these evaluations are at the full discretion of the receiving institution or agency.

I am wondering would the provisional evaluation cause issue when submitting to USCIS for I944?

we seem to be scanning all documents these days so you will have to provide the original at interview  and to the university when asked for it

BTW one of the important issue will be

"is the college or university accredited?"

"do you have the funds to pay for school?"

don't answer as i don't need to know but you do
