Daughter petition I130 submitted

Hi!

I am new in this forum... I would like to receive more information from you, I see there are members with knowledge about the process. I submitted the I130 on August 11th, 2016. I reviewed the visa bulletin, it shows 2 dates: one is a Final action dates for family- sponsored preference cases: Sept 15th 2014, and the other is Dates for filing family-sponsored visa applications: July 22nd 2015. Which one is the date the I should look at? My daughter is in Peru, I am a US citizen. Thank you for your help!

Priority dates of july 2015 date,  nvc will open cases for document submission.   The Sept 2014 is visa availability (i.e. interview)

Thank you payxibka! That means, in my case, priority date is Aug 11th, NVC will start the process? And the other is to give the green card?

NVC will start the case for you when the priority date listed is later than Aug 11 2016 in Table B. You will need to keep watching the visa bulletins to see when that will be.

 

Table A is for when they can schedule an interview/issue an immigrant visa. She will only get a green card after she uses the immigrant visa to enter the US.
