It has been more then a month since my AOS interview and from the moment it was over it has been radio silence. My USCIS online case still reads “interview was scheduled”.

My husband (the usc) believes the interview went well. I on the other hand don’t think it did. Currently stuck in limbo wondering whether or not it will be approved or denied.

I’m really starting to lose hope.... I don’t think there is a point to inquiring about it yet but maybe I should. I’ve built so much of my life here in the past year (we bought a house, new car, new job, trying to get pregnant) and it seems as if all of that is going to be tossed down the drain with a denial.

I’m not sure what I’m asking. Mostly just venting. Pretty sad about all this right now and I can’t even go to Canada to visit my family because well I’m not taking the chance of leaving and then getting denied which means my ap will automatically be voided.

It’s been just over two weeks since I had my interview and was told they lost my medical exam so couldn’t approve me until they had that.  Did they not tell you why you weren’t approved then and there?  What makes you think it didn’t go so well?

I just want to send you some encouragement. I know how this process can make us feel hopeless sometimes. Especially if there have been delays already in our cases.

If you want to chat to someone new, feel free to private message me anytime. Hang on in there. Better days are coming 🌻🦋🌻
